What Is Your Why?
What Smacked Me In the Face & Woke Me Up...
In this industry we often hear the term "what is your why?". For the longest time I didn't really know what that meant. I just figured it just meant why I decided to join the particular company I was in. Well in a way...it does mean that, but it means so much more. I has to be emotional. You can't have a generic, bullshit reason that has no meaning. You have to have some emotion behind it, otherwise there is nothing really
