Kevin Hart Is Working Out Harder Than Ever

Kevin Hart's Workout
An inside look at his routine, plus his no-excuses policy.

"My day starts at 5:30.  When does yours?" Kevin Hart's question, asked in the below video just released by Nike as part of their ongoing series, Inner Strength, makes you think a little about whether you actually have "time" to exercise every day, doesn't it?  Hart is all about "no excuses, no days off." He won't miss a training day, regardless of how much his line of work interferes with his routine, he says. Why? Living a healthy lifestyle makes you better, plain and simple.

The actor and comedian has been working with Nike to coordinate 5K runs around the country (and eventually, the world) encouraging his fans to join in. What started as an event for people to come together—according to Hart—has transformed into a fitness sensation. This year, Hart is embarking on a new movement to help athletes reach their full potential through running AND training. Get an inside look at what Hart's early AM workouts really look like and what moves he includes, from heavy ropes to hanging leg raises to kettlebell situps.
