Proats

What you'll need:


½ cup rolled oats, cooked
1/3 banana, mashed with a fork
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon, to taste
Turmeric, to taste (optional)
3 strawberries, chopped
2 tsp crushed walnuts
1 tsp pumpkin seed kernels


How to make it:


In a medium-sized serving bowl, add the oats, banana, protein powder, almond milk, cinnamon, and turmeric. Top with strawberries, walnuts, and seeds. Makes 1 serving.

Nutrition information per serving: 542 calories, 41 grams (g) protein, 51 g carbs (7 g fiber), 20 g fat
